Studies on a Side Chain Liquid Crystalline Polymer Self-Assembling Through Intermolecular Hydrogen Bond

Abstract: Anew type of side chain liquid crystalline polymer has been built through selfaasembly via intermolecular hydrogen bond. The polymer can form a well-defined bimolecular layer structure in smectic phase.Apossible packing model was suggested.
