Synthesis and Study of Fluorogenic Property Four Kinds of Coumarin Sulphonyl Chloride Derivatives

Abstract: Four kinds of coumarin sulphonyl chloride derivatives were synthesized and identified in this article. They are 4-methyl umbelliferone-6-sulphonyl chloride (MUS-Cl),4-methyl-7-acetoxyl coumarin-6-sulphonyl chloride (MACS-Cl),4-methyl-7-methyoxyl coumarin-6-sulphonyl chloride (MMCS-Cl),4-methyl coumarin-6-sulphonyl chloride (MCSCl).The effects of fluorogenic property of these reagents by the solvent polarity, pHof solution, time of light shining, effects of the surfactant were studied. Throught separation of reaction mixture by TLC, we also have studied the reaction of these reagents with aminoacid or amine and the possibility of these reagents as fluorogenic probe for these compounds.The results have suggested that all these reagents may be used as fluorogenic probe for amino-acid and amine.
