Abstract: The paper expounds the physico-chemical properties of microcellular foams and polytetraflouroethylene, micro-and ultramicro-cellular polytetraflouroethylene porous membrances which were prepared in different ways, and characterized by scanning electron microscope, electron spectroscopy for chemical analysis and blowing bubble method. The results show that the substrate membrance through flow coating combines plasma polymerization with ethylene. The membrance is easy to control and has good characteristics.

Key words: Microcellular foams, Air filtering, Polytetraflouroethylene membrance
