Abstract: From thiopliosphorylchloride and potassium thiocyanate, series of phosphoro(isothiocyanatido)thioates and phosphoro-bis(isothiocyanatido)thioates were prepared, andthen through the reactions of these componds with amines two series of new oganic phosphorus compounds(RO)(ArO)P(S)NHC(S)NR¹R² and(RO)P(S)[NHC(S)NR¹R²]₂ were prepared.The structures of these compounds have been confirmed by IR, NMR, and elementary analysis.The results from the preliminary bioassay showed that compound PD-1 has fairlygood bactericidal activity.
