Abstract: In the ion source of mass spectrometer, the reactions between C₆₀ with the main fragments of 1,2-dichloroethane, 1,1,2-trichloroethane, 1,1,1-trichloroethane and 1,1,2,2-tetra-chloroethane were performed and the corresponding adduct ions were formed by using a chemical inization mathod.C₆₀ is very active to many organic ions in the gas phase.The odd electron fragments were more reactive with C₆₀ than the even electron ions, this shows the radical capture property of C₆₀.
