Syntheses and Biological Activities of Thiophosphoryl (Thiophosphonyl) Urea Derivatives

Abstract

Abstract: The thiophosphoryl(thiophosphonyl) urea uerivatives, R(EtO)P(S)NHC(O)N (R¹)R², (R=EtO, Ph:R¹=alkyl, H; R²=alkyl, aryl and heterocyclic radical) were synthesized by the addition reaction of R(EtO)P(S)NCO (R=EtO, Ph) to various amines respectively and their structures were confirmed by means of elemental analysis, ¹H NMRand MS, Hie preliminary biological tests show that these compounds have herbicidal and anti-tumour activities and could inhibit the formation of chitin.
