Abstract

Abstract: This paper analyzes the relation between the standard heats of formation of XSiR_xH_3-x and the group electronegativity proposed by the author for group Xand builds up two methods for calculating the standard heats of formation of alkylsiliane derivatives.Besides, two formalas for calculating the dissociation energies of X—SiR_xH_3-x are suggested.
