Studies on Chemical Constituents of Bupleurum Yunchowense Shan et Y. Li. Roots

Abstract: Ten compounds have been obtained for the first time from the roots of Bupleurum yunchowense Shan et Y. Li, On the basis of chemical and spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, MS.1HNMR, 13CNMR) they are identified asα-spinasterol, octacosanoic acid, adonitol, isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside, rutin, α-spinasteyl-β-D-glucoside, saikosaponin-b2, saikosaponin-α, 2"-O-acetyl saikosa-ponin-b2, 3''-O-acetylsaikosaponin-b2.
