Abstract: Dorniphen Bromide (Ⅰ) was determinated by oscillopolarographic titration. THin film mercury electrode was used as indicator electrod and tungsten electrode as reference electrode. 20 mLof solution(-40mg Ⅰ)was mixed with 10mLof 2mol/L NaAc-HAc buffer (pH = 5.0-6.5) and distilkted H₂O to a final volume of 50mL. After filtration, 25mLof the filtrate was adjusted to alkaline with 20% NaOH solution and subjected to titration with a standard Tl₂SO₄ solution for the determination of I. At same time, the blanck test for correction must be performed. The recovery of materials was 99.80 ±0.32%.
