Abstract: The carbon-13 NMRspectra, UV-VISspectra and IRspectra of the coordina-tion system of transition metal ions Hg2+, Zn2+, Cr3+, Mn2+ and Ni2+ etc.With sudan 1 were determined.The results show that 13C chemical shifts of various carbon atoms in sudan 1 regularly change with the transition metal ions gradually added. IRspectra and UV-VISspectra have confirmed this regularity, too.
