Abstract: By using the thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis techniques,we have investigated the multiple behavior and structure characteristics of nascent nylon-1010 prepared by solid-state polycondcnsation. The results indicate that a variety of factors including the temperature and time of raction, the molecular weight and heat history(quenching or annealing)of samples have effects on the multi-melting behavior characteristics and the couse of the crystallization of nyloh-1010 macro-molecules are associated with(imperfect crystallite or better crystal lallicc)the hear history of samples. In the course of hear treatment, nascent nylon-1010 resulted in a more dense packing with its macromolecular crystals turning to better perfect.
