Abstract: The synthesis of C2'p5'C2'p5'A, an analogue of adenylyl (2'-5') adenylyl (2'-5') adenosine, was described. This is the first report of a new analogue of A2'p5'A2'p5'Acontaining pyrimidine base instead of purine base.
