Abstract: Acetylacetonate-5,10,15,20-tetra-(p-chlorophenyl) porphyrin rare earth complexes Ln (p-Cl) Tppacac (Ln:Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb and Lu) have been synthesized by the direct reaction of (p-Cl) Tpp with Ln(acac)3·3H2Oin1,2,4-trichlorobenzene.Their properties were discussed simply.
