Abstract: Charges, bond orders, energies and dipole moments of 1-Furyl-and l,3-di-Furyl-5-Fluoro-Pyrimidinedione and its fragments for antitumor medicine have been calculated by using CNDO/2 method.It is further clarified by the results of the calculation that there exists certain relation between restraining cancer mechanism and electronic structures of medicine.
