Abstract: Twenty-one of the derivatives of isochroman-4-one including five O-acyloximes, six Mannich bases and four 3-benzylidene substituted products of isochroman-4-one as well as six pyrirnidino- and pyrazolo-isochroman-4-ones are synthesized. The pharmacologic action of part of the Mannich bases cited abovce are studied.
