Abstract: Eight of the 2,6-Di-substituted benzo-[1,2d;4,5d']-bisoxazoles as well as eight of the 2,6-Di-substituted benzo-[1,2d;5,4d']-bisoxazoles are synthesized.Their m.p.,λmaxof UVspectra and fluorescence emission spectra,as well as laser properties are given in tables.
