Abstract: In this work, silver-loaded zinc oxide nanorods (Ag/ZnO NRs) were employed as fillers, and a Ag/ZnO/P(VDF-TrFE) composite piezoelectric film with a uniform porous structure was constructed via non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS). It was found that the NIPS method induces the formation of high-content polar β-phase piezoelectric active crystalline regions in P(VDF-TrFE). Meanwhile, the Ag/ZnO heterojunction induces unidirectional migration of polarization charges and amplifies the microscale voltage. The as-fabricated piezoelectric nanogenerator exhibits excellent piezoelectric output and force-sensitive characteristics, meeting the demand for efficient conversion of biomechanical energy into electricity. This work provides a simple and scalable strategy for the development of high-performance self-polarized piezoelectric nanogenerators.
