The Influence of Doping Ca in EuFeO3 on Electronic State of Fe Ion

摘要: 利用固相反应合成了Eu1-xCaxFeO3钙钛矿氧化物.XRD测量表明,在x≤0.6范围内为钙钛矿结构;室温下的57FeMössbauer谱测试给出3个磁谱和1个顺磁双线谱;在3个磁谱中,1个为处于四配位的Fe离子,另外2个为处于八配位的Fe离子.XPS谱表明Fe2p3/2的高结合能端出现与Fe离子配位状态相对应的肩峰.所有Fe离子都处于+3价态.

Abstract: Samples of Fe1-xCax FeO3( x =0.0, 0.2~1.0) were prepared by solid state reaction method. XRD measurements show that compounds for x <0.6 have a perovskite structure. Three magnetic and one doublet species were observed at room temperature in the Mössbauer spectra. One of the three magnetic components corresponds to Fe ions in tetrahedral coordination, and the other to Fe ions in octahedral coordination. The shoulder peak of Fe2p3/2 for the samples with x =0 Orelated to Fe ions in different coordinated state. The Fe ions are all in a trivalent state.
