摘要: 采用Nd:YAG泵浦的染料激光器和硅增强靶型光学多道分析仪组装的激光诱导荧光光谱测量装置,研究了不同类型表面活性剂对铽-EDTA-Tiron体系的增敏、增稳作用和激光能量与荧光强度的关系,拟定了以EDTA-Tiron-CTMAB测系测定痕量铽的激光诱导荧光光谱分析方法。实验结果表明,此法具有灵敏度高、选择性好,稳定和快运等特点。不经分离,用于氧化钇中痕量铽的测定,结果良好。

Abstract: The sensitization and stabilization of several surfactants on Tb-EDTA-Tiron system and the effects of Laser energy on the fluorescence intesity were investigated by using dye Laser and SITvidicon Optical Multichanel Analyzer. The Tb-EDTA-Tiron-CTMAB system was adopted in the determination of the trace terbium. The proposed method show good sensitivity, selectivity and stability compared with other fluorescent methods. The trace terbium in Y2O3are directly determined without separation.
