摘要： 本文从理论和实验两方面探讨了指数程序涂渍色谱柱对分析时间的最优程序变化,实验结果和理论计算基本相符。同时考察了程序涂渍色谱柱对不同液载比的应用范围及其段数对程序化的影响。
Abstract: Equations were derived and the optimum programs for gradient loaded column were presented. Theoretical and practical problems concerned with the optimization of gradient loaded column are discussed so as to demonstrate the effects of optimum programming on retention time and column efficiency.
