手性环蕃单膦配体在脱氢氨基酸衍生物的不对称催化氢化中的应用

摘要:

合成了两个手性环蕃亚磷酸酯配体, 将其与手性环蕃单膦配体应用于脱氢氨基酸的不对称催化氢化中, 以中等的对映选择性得到氢化产物, 其结果表明了环蕃中平面手性的作用.

Abstract: Two chiral paracyclophane mono phosphites were synthesized and used with some other paracyclophane monophosphines as ligands in catalytic asymmetric hydrogenation of dehydroamino acid derivatives, giving products in moderate enantioselectivity. The role of planar chirality was demonstrated in the reactions.
