Abstract: A C18 RPpacking with low adsorption was prepared by use of gelation reaction. Benzene, phthlene, phenanthrene, aniline and pyridine were selected as test solutes to evaluate the column with a mobile phase of 65% ACNaqueous solution. The performance and the stability were showed well after 1000 column volume of 65% ACNaqueous solution(containing 0.1% TFA) .The strong polar alkine molecular can be separated well.
