摘要: Soman is a neural organophosphorus agent. The prophylatic and treatment of soman caused neural disease is very difficult. Hence research or discovery of potent antisoman drugs is very important in life science and the protective medicine against chemical weapons. Most of anticholinergic compounds are only muscarinic receptor antagonists with very weak affinity to nicotinic receptor. Therefore they have poor efficiency against soman poisoning.
