One Pot Synthesis and Biological Activity of 2,5-Dipyrazolyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles

Abstract: 2,5-Dipyrazolyl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles were synthesized from 5-pyrazole formic acid and its hydrazide by one pot synthetic method in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The method shortened synthetic route and simplified experimental operation. The preliminary biological activity tests showed that compound 3b has fungicidal and herbicidal activity.
