Abstract: Using polyvinylidene fluoride microporous-membrane as the supported membrane and the medicine norfloxacin as the template, the molecularly imprinted membranes were prepared via in-situ polymerization by UV irradiation. The interaction between the template molecule norfloxacin and the functional monomer was evaluated by UV spectrum titration. The membranes' surface features were analyzed by scan electron micrography. The selective permeation experiment via the mixed substrates shows that there were paths in the molecularly imprinted membranes which were formed by the cavities with size and functional groups accommodated to the template norfloxacin and showed better a permeation selectivity for the template.
