Abstract: Amixed-ligand complex was prepared via intermediate complex Ce(ph3PO)2(NO3)4 from a mixed-solvent of acetone and ethanol.Elemental analysis shows its formula to be Ce(ph3PO)(DBM)3(NO3)2. And its properties has also been studied by means of conductivity, IR, UVand 1H NMRtechniques.
