Abstract: New chela ting reagent-l-phenyl-3-methyl-4-heptafluorobutyrylpyrazo-lone-5 was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,mass spectra, infrared and ultraviolet spectra as well as thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis.The dissociation constant has also been determinated.
