Study on the Technique of ICP-AES by Using Electrothermal Graphite Furnace as Sample Introduction Device——Device and Its Analytical Performance

Abstract: An instrument system is described in which a graphite furnace electrothermal vaporization device is used for the.introduction of microlitre liquid sample into an inductively coupled plasma.The appratus is equipped with home-made ones.Under the optimum operating condition for ICPexcitation and graphite furnace evaporation, the detection limits are at sub-nanogram level with linear dynamic ranges of over four orders of magnitude for nine elements.The RSDare better than 5%.
