Abstract: The XPSof cabane-like Fe4S4 clusters were studied.The valence of Fe was examined, the 2p binding energy of the framework Sin Fe4S4 is first reported.The proportion of all sorts of Sand Nby peak synthesis is in agreement with the values obtained from the calculation on the basis of structure formulas.
