摘要: 比较了小波去噪与小波平滑方法对毛细管电泳信号处理的差别.结果表明,用平滑方法处理毛细管电泳信号会使峰变宽变低,而用去噪方法处理引起有用信号的变化极小.

Abstract: In this work, the results of wavelet smoothing and wavelet denoising to process capillary electrophoresis(CE) signals show that in processing CE signals, using wavelet smoothing the signal peaks are broadened and shortened, and using wavelet denoising, the peaks are well described.
