Abstract: Based on our previous article, the research method of analog thermogram method for consecutive first-order reactions has been proposed in this paper. The rate constants of the consecutive first-order reactions can be obtained from the thermogram of conduction calorimeter with this method without using any apparatus constants.ln order to test the validity of thls method, the saponifications of diethyl phthalate and diethyl succinate in aqueous ethanol solvent have been studied. The rate constants calculated with this method are in agreement with those in literatures, and therefore, the analog thermogram meth0d for consecutive first-order reactions is believed to be correct.
