Abstract: The elementary chemical reactions are assumed to pass via the transition states. From the Hersenberg equation of motion, it is proved that the probabilities of transition states are stationary. From this theorem and the Hersenberg equation of motion there are derived the micro and macro reaction rate constants of both the direct and complex models of reactions.
