Abstract: By means of the data of structural analysis for Mo-Fe-Scluster compounds and the structural rule of metallic cluster compounds, a formula which describes the relationship between the structures and the magnetic properties for the compounds is proposed.The theoretical values of highest spin are in accordance with experiment facts.The relationship mentioned above can be interpreted by the results of the EHMOquantum chemistry calculations.
